Industry veteran takes over day-to-day operations for Idaho-based karting distribution company
For over 25 years, Courtney Concepts has been providing kart racing products as an industry distributor in North America. Established by Mike Courtney, the company has developed partnerships with manufacturers in the karting industry from around the globe. Beginning September 1, Andy Seesemann will become a partner within Courtney Concepts, providing the day-to-day operations of the business.
“I am very excited with this opportunity to be part of Courtney Concepts,” stated Seesemann. “The work and partnerships that Mike has developed over the last few decades has provided many karters with the best products on the market. My goal is to help continue those relationships and expand our product line moving into the future.”

Courtney Concepts is a wholesale distributor for a wide range of racing kart products, working with dealers across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Among the product line available through Courtney Concepts includes Motul Oil, IKO engine bearings, Regina Chain, RK Racing Chains, Koyo engine bearings, Nippon Karting Products, Frixa Brake Pads, ARS, XAM, Shifter Kart Drive Systems and more. In addition to the many dealers across North America, Courtney Concepts works directly with many racing series, karting clubs and tracks.
“I’m very confident in bringing on this new partnership with Andy Seesemann,” stated Courtney Concepts Owner Mike Courtney. “Because of his knowledge and dedication to the industry, I have full faith in Andy’s handling of the day-to-day business operations. We have established lifelong partnerships here at Courtney Concepts and know that they will have an even stronger bond with Andy as part of the business.”
All inventory and operations for Courtney Concepts will move just down the road to the headquarters for Full Throttle Karting in Nampa, Idaho. This transition will continue to offer the same products and services that Courtney Concepts has fulfilled for the past 25 years.
All orders with Courtney Concepts received after August 27 will be completed at the new location. The transition of the full product line moving to the new location requires a few days of logistics, including the time off for the Labor Day weekend holiday. Regular business hours resumes on September 8.
